The children's librarian will be reading Jack and the Beanstalk. Afterwards the children will work to build the highest tower using cardboard and toilet paper tubes. Best geared for children 3-5 yrs old.
The children's librarian, Ms. Leah, often leads the children in songs/finger plays, reads a book or 2 or 3, then finishes with a craft. During craft time the children may be offered apple juice and animal crackers. Best geared for those 2-5 but many younger siblings tag along.
Homeschool families are invited to connect with other families and to learn about some of the resources the library has to offer. This will be a great opportunity to share experiences and ideas and to give your input for upcoming homeschool programming. Any children attending must be supervised. No registration is required.
