DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to LIGHT UP BIG CANOE the Saturday right after Thanksgiving! Boats are launching at 4:00 with all of their lights and decorations in tow. The marina will have hot chocolate\, hot cider and warm fuzzy blankets so everyone can bundle up and enjoy the festivities. We encourage all of the houses that face Lake Petit to string white lights on their back decks so that we can make an even bigger light show that night! If you are still out on the lake at 6:00\, be sure to catch the Fire Truck Parade as it crosses the dam with Santa in tow!!

Decorated fire trucks will act as Santa’s trusted reindeer and parade across the dam and guide Santa onto the Playfield. Santa will then light the large\, adorned Christmas tree to commence the holiday season. The jolly man will also be available to hear children’s secret hopes and wishes for the merry season. Parents and grandparents\, bring your camera to capture the sweet smiles shared between Santa and youngsters. \nThe annual Holiday Celebration is also a chance to give back to the local community. Big Canoe Public Safety will have designated boxes accepting Toys for Tots donations.
